Refund & Returns Policy
At Aurelle Cosmetics, we want you to love what you order. If something's not right, here's how returns work.
14-Day Cancellation Right
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and request a cancellation. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us once you've told us you want to cancel.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Email us at dextor66l@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to show the funds.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover the cost of return and send a replacement or full refund.
Order Processing Times
Please note our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partners and typically arrive within 10–18 business days. This is separate from the return window above.
